We believe in a partnership approach. That means: Your normal office coffee consumption and printing your documents are fully covered. You can reserve the event space for your regular client workshops via our system – as long as other tenants also have fair access to free slots.
Flexibility is important to us – you're not tied in for years. The notice period for our Fix-Desks and Team-Offices is just 3 months to the end of the month.
Absolutely. As a tenant of a Fix-Desk or Team-Office, you get your own 24/7 access and can use the space flexibly. Your business, your schedule.
The public transport connection right at the door (Heiligengeistplatz) is unbeatable in Klagenfurt. If you still commute by car, you can rent a fixed garage space in the building for a monthly surcharge.
